Building a Better Business

Commercial Brokerage Group is different.  We’re not your typical commercial real estate company.  From our approach in dealing with clients to the relaxed office atmosphere, we strive to set ourselves apart from the rest.

CBG’s Development / Construction Division provides numerous development and construction services, making CBG one of the largest commercial developers in the entire St. Charles County area. 

General Contracting Services include:                                               

  • Cost feasibility and the Build-to-Suit process
  • Coordinating the design team
  • Review building codes
  • Work with planning and zoning
  • Management of all subcontractors
  • Site plans
  • Ensure quality control including adherence to all OSHA & owner-mandated safety procedures
