Allen joins CBG with over 35 years of experience in property acquisition, divestiture, and management; as well as, merger management, marketing, sales, operations, & strategic planning. 

As a former senior executive with a international, market dominant, industry leading company, and originally raised in several family owned businesses, has owned and operated several successful business, as well, including residential and commercial property development. 

Undergraduate studies in Engineering, Business, Marketing with BSBA degree.  Graduate degree, MBA, emphasis on Economics of Business Value, Marketing, International Management, and Strategic Planning.  

While now focusing on the commercial real estate market, Allen holds all licenses in the Insurance industry, as well. As an adjunct professor at a local university in Economics, Marketing, Management, International Policy Studies, Intercultural Communications and Risk Management, coupled with extensive experience in the insurance industry, he brings a unique perspective to the real estate profession.  

He can span all disciplines relative to past, current, and future commercial operational issues, risk/reward determination, and strategic plan implementation.
