Jay Steinberg is a commercial real estate agent with vast experience in sales and leasing in retail, office, industrial and land in both in St. Charles County and the Metropolitan St. Louis area including the Metro East.  Jay has been in Commercial Real Estate since 1988 and he is now with Commercial Brokerage Group, Inc.  Mr. Steinberg has been a leading sales agent with professional expertise in the areas of land sales, build-to-suit, retail and office leasing as well as industrial sales and leasing. 

Mr. Steinberg has completed numerous land sales involving millions of dollars and he has coordinated the development of many build-to-suit projects.  His in-depth experience has allowed him to assemble and coordinate teams of architects, engineers and general contractors who have worked together to meet the client’s objectives. 

Jay is known for his solution-oriented approach to problem solving and his tenacity in sticking with a project from conception to completion.  He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a major in Economic Geography. 

Mr. Steinberg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a past board member of the St. Louis CCIM Chapter.  In June 2006, Jay was appointed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) as an instructor for Continuing Education.  He is also active in a number of civic and professional organizations, including the St. Peters Chamber of Commerce where he was elected the 2007 Chairman of the Ambassadors and the 2005 Chairman of the Transportation and Economic Development Committee.  Jay is also a member of the St. Louis Board of Realtors, and he is serving on the board of the Missouri Association of Realtors in Economic Development. In 2005, Jay was elected to the Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) Board of Directors for three years.  In 2004, Jay was elected to the Missouri Economic Council, a division of the Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR), for a three year term, and. in 2001 Jay was awarded the Realtor Associate of the Year for the Commercial Division of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
