Rob
Salyer

Rob Salyer joined Commercial Brokerage Group in May of 2005.  He brings with him a wealth of practical experience garnered from over 10 years in the real estate industry.

Rob began his career in 1995 as a residential real estate agent.  He later moved into the title insurance industry, working his way through every aspect of that field.  His positions progressed from sales representative, to closing manager, and eventually operations manager.  He also simultaneously helped found and operate a construction disbursing company.  It was through those years of conducting commercial closings and handling construction disbursing that Rob became interested with commercial real estate.  He earned his Broker’s license in 2005 when he made the switch to CBG.

Rob is known for his problem solving abilities and his knack for pinpointing win-win solutions.  His patience and ability to see all sides of a situation assist him in ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients.

Rob is a 1995 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.  He has continued his education and training, focusing on business leadership, sales and marketing, and multiple computer applications.

Rob is currently a member of CBMC, where he serves as Protocol Chairman for the Annual Prayer Breakfast for Greater St. Louis.  He currently serves on the Secretariat for Tres Dias of St. Louis, a layperson led ministry in the greater St. Louis area.  He also serves as President of the Alumni Advisory Board to the Sigma Chi Fraternity at Washington University in St. Louis, and serves on the Board of Directors of Leaps and Bounds, Inc., a St. Peters based therapy center for children with developmental delays.
