William Holman, Broker and President of Commercial Brokerage Group, has 20+ years of diverse experience in the real estate and construction industries as a real estate broker, land developer, project manager and builder.

Prior to joining Commercial Brokerage Group, Mr. Holman was involved in a variety of real estate ventures. He was owner and president of a custom building company, a partner in a family-owned construction business in St Charles, Missouri, and the owner of two real estate agencies. His previous commercial experience was primarily in the area of Office, Industrial and land sales and development.

He has been active in both the Board of Realtors and his community, while, at the same time, achieving top performance awards. He is a current member of the Commercial Division of the St Louis Association of Realtors and the St. Charles County Board of Realtors.

Mr. Holman has a knack for selecting properties that can be retrofitted, modified or developed to fit the clients needs. He takes an objective problem-solving approach to his clients' situations, stays on top of details, and keeps all parties involved in a transaction well informed. His experience in dealing with city government, architects, engineers and contractors, helps to bring swift and amicable resolutions to client needs and/or hurtles that may arise.

He has studied business, including finance and marketing, at Northeast Missouri State University and St Charles County Community College. He has also completed extensive additional education and training in real estate, marketing, sales, computer applications and financing.
